Mint Julep

4 oz bourbon whiskey
4-6 mint leaves
1 tsp sugar
At bottom of glass crush the mint leaves with the sugar. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the bourbon. Garnish with mint and serve with a straw. Serve in a tall glass.
Lemon Drop

1 oz citrus vodka
1 oz lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
Mix vodka and lemon juice in a shaker with ice then strain into a shot glass rimmed with sugar.
3 oz light rum
1/2 oz strawberry schnapps
2 tbsp coconut milk
1 tbsp cream of coconut
1 oz lime Juice
3 tbsp pineapple
1 oz strawberries
1 tsp sugar, powdered
2 cups Ice
Mix coconut milk, cream of coconut, crushed pineapple, 1 cup of ice and 1.5 oz of light rum in a blender. Pour this in another container if you don't have 2 blenders.
Mix 1.5 oz light rum, strawberries, sugar, 1 cup of ice, strawberry schnapps and lime juice.
Combine contents of each blender. Will make 2 to 4 servings.
Strawberry Mojito

2 oz white rum
10 mint leaves
2 strawberries (halved)
1/2 lime (quartered)
club soda
1 teaspoon sugar
Crush the lime, strawberries, mint and sugar at the bottom of the glass.
Add the rum and ice and fill remaining with the club soda. Stir.
3 mint sprigs/leaves
2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp lime juice
1 1/2 oz light rum
club soda
Crush portion of mint with fork to coat the inside of the glass (use a tall thin glass), add sugar and lime juice. Sitr.
Add ice and rum. Mix. Finish with cold club soda, remaining mint and 2 slices of lime.
